I recently enjoyed a city break at Mergellina Resort, a cozy little hotel nestled in the affluent Posillipo area of Naples. Though it isn't a sprawling resort, it offers a delightful atmosphere and an unbeatable location facing the bay-definitely the highlight of my stay! The Continental breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and the staff, especially Jennario, were incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. Parking was easily accessible, just a 200m walk for €25 a day, which I found quite reasonable for the area. While my room lacked a view, the proximity to the Riviera promenade, lined with lovely seafood restaurants and bars, made it easy for my companions and I to explore and soak in the local culture. I'd certainly return to this charming spot for its authentic Neapolitan vibe and warm hospitality!
